Keyboard and Power Symbols

Copy keyboard, power and interface characters for instructions, labels and technical documentation.

13 symbols

Select a symbol to copy it. Select its name for Unicode, HTML, CSS, and hexadecimal codes.

Use platform labels with the symbols

Keyboard symbols can represent different keys or actions across operating systems and hardware. Pair a glyph with the platform’s own key name when writing steps, especially for Command, Option, Return and Delete.

Power, sleep and eject characters are useful in documentation, but a copied glyph is not an accessible control. Real interface buttons need a visible label or an accessible name that describes the action.
